Our team
Evelyn Paul
Since the foundation of o&p in 2000, Evelyn has been holding all the strings as managing director – with heart, humor and a lot of experience. No day is like the other, and that’s exactly what she loves: new people, new challenges and always fresh perspectives. Her customers can always rely on one thing: honesty, friendliness and a smile – if necessary, she even lends hers out. After work, it gets creative and familiar: in the garden, wood carving, spending time with the grandchildren or traveling.
Denise Paul
Denise has been an integral part of o&p for over 20 years – starting as a vacation jobber; today as managing director and all-rounder for almost everything that comes up. She loves the contact with people, the daily mix of new tasks and the feeling of being able to really help. Respect and genuine cooperation with customers are particularly important to her – she has been accompanying many for years. In her free time, everything revolves around her family, dog Barney, music, books and small adventures outside. This year she also wants to travel to Norway and Greece – and finally learn to play the guitar!
Ansgar
Ansgar skillfully juggles between telephony and office work. He enjoys the challenge of conjuring up clear orders from the most scarce customer information. He relies on trust, direct communication and a good dose of personal responsibility. After work, you can meet him out with friends or relaxing in front of the next good movie – soon also more often in sports shoes.
Barbara
Barbara supports the accounting of our customers with a lot of overview and experience. She especially loves the variety through the most diverse industries and the personal contact. Her motto at work: As good as possible, as fast as possible. In her free time, she enjoys being active with her dog in dog sports or deeply engrossed in her current favorite series.
Meral
Meral has brought her organizational talent and her humor. Friendliness and fast communication are particularly important to her when working with customers. A little fun is also part of it for her. In her free time, she is out and about with family, dog or in the garden. She would also like to learn an instrument – preferably drums or saxophone.
Ludwig
Ludwig supports the o&p team as a working student with everything from data maintenance to telephone service. He loves the direct contact with people and enjoys solving problems. His big goal: to study in South Korea for a year in 2026.
Barney & Bailey
They ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the office, watch over the smooth running and bring some movement into the everyday work. But most of the time they lie relaxed under the desks and enjoy their breaks.
