Vacation coverage: Do you take over our telephone service during vacation?
Yes, we also take over your telephone service for days or weeks, e.g. during your vacation. We will set up a special phone number for you to which you can forward your calls. After each call, you will receive a detailed email with the call contents, so that you have a complete overview after your return.
Business address: How does the registration work?
We offer you a representative business address for your headquarters, a branch office or a national branch office for international companies. After the trade registration with the responsible authorities, we receive visitors in your name, record their concerns and inform you immediately. Our meeting rooms are optionally available to you. You can also individually define the processing of your incoming mail according to your wishes.
Telephone service: What are my advantages?
With our telephone service, you gain valuable time for your actual tasks without being interrupted by incoming calls. Your calls are answered professionally in your name and you will receive a notification by email with the most important information about the call.
Availability after business hours and on weekends
Outside of our business hours (5:00 PM–8:00 AM and on weekends), you can use an individual answering machine. The messages left will be forwarded to you immediately by email, so that you are always up to date. Simpler inquiries are processed directly by our AI.
Call forwarding: How does it work?
Your telephone system can be set up so that calls are forwarded to us immediately, when the line is busy or after a certain number of rings. The setup usually takes no longer than a day.
Notifications about calls: How will I be informed?
You decide how you would like to be informed about incoming calls – by email or SMS with the most important details such as the caller’s name, company, phone number and reason for calling. Urgent calls can be forwarded directly to you upon request.
